maintain a healthy manhood

Thanksgiving is a time for people to pause and give thanks for the many things they are grateful for. Men, of course, may not share how thankful they are to have a manhood (and hopefully one that is in good member health), but it’s something they definitely appreciate. At this season, if a man cannot give thanks for the state of his member health currently, perhaps he needs to take some steps so that next year he is in a better position to do so.

With that in mind, we offer these manhood health tips which can help a man maintain and/or improve the state of his favorite organ.

Member health tips

Many of these tips fall under the category of common sense but that doesn’t mean all men follow them! For example:

Visit the doctor. Many guys are reluctant to see their physicians on a regular basis, but that’s necessary to make sure everything is okay health-wise. A guy needs to be sure to bring up any concerns he has about his member. And he needs to be tested for any possible infections if he is sensually active. Many guys don’t want to know if they’ve picked up a social disease but scary as it may be, knowing the information can enable a man to do something about the situation (and keep him from spreading an infection to a partner).

Wear a rubber protection. If a guy is sensually active, he needs to wear a rubber protection unless he is in a monogamous relationship. While a rubber protection cannot be 100% effective at preventing pregnancy or stopping a social disease, it significantly decreases the risk of either.

Talk to any partners. Many men don’t take the time to find out whether their partners may be at risk of transmitting an infection, whether serious or minor and their member health can suffer for that. Taking the time to have an honest discussion can pay off.

Get plenty of rest. A man’s member may not ever sleep, as nocturnal tumescence is commonplace but it benefits from the rest of the body getting the rest that it needs. The member will have more pep and energy if a guy gets the requisite amount of shut-eye.

And exercise. Member health is, to some extent, dependent on overall health. When a guy is in good shape and exercises to keep his heart and body healthy, the manhood benefits especially from the increased blood flow and oxygenation that exercise creates.

Give the member its own exercise. Use it or lose it is a phrase that applies to the member. The more activity a male organ sees, whether with a partner or just with its owner’s hand, the healthier it is within reason, of course. It is possible to overdo the coupling and self-pleasuring, which can result in soreness and/or de-sensitization of the organ.

Use lubricant. In many cases, especially where self-gratification is concerned, lubrication is required to keep the manhood from getting rubbed raw.

Don’t smoke. Smoking is bad for general health, of course and the potential impact it can have on the heart and lungs can translate into difficulties with tumescence and a man’s sensual endurance.

Use a health crme. Guys who want to give thanks for their excellent member health need to be sure to regular apply a top rank member health crme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Be sure to find one that includes both L-arginine and L carnitine. The former is an amino acid which helps boost nitric oxide, which in turn keeps male organ blood vessels open for increased low. The latter is neuroprotective, helping to restore loss of sensation in the member due to rough handling.

Unnecessary Worries About Shrinkage

As any man who has taken a dip in an icy cold lake can attest, there is such a thing as male organ shrinkage. But, aside from some normal shrinkage which may or may not come with age the jury is still out on its prevalence manhood shrinkage is typically short term, as in the case of swimming in icy cold water. Although having a small member in no way affects male organ health, some men can be so hung up on the size of their member that they may go to extremes in worrying about it.

This can lead to koro, a situation in which a man worries that his big member is becoming smaller and smaller and may shrink away altogether.

Koro

Koro comes from a Malaysian word meaning the head of a turtle and it’s an apt name. A turtle’s head does bear a certain resemblance to a manhood, and since turtles are known to withdraw their heads so they disappear into the shell, it’s easy to see why this name would apply to a fear that a guy’s member is shrinking away to nothing.

Examples of koro go back for centuries, at least to 300 BC. Usually, the shrinkage fear is extreme, with the belief not the man will have a small member, but that he will have no manhood whatsoever and that somehow his death will occur as a result.

It’s generally classified as a psychological disorder, and one which can inexplicably appear in groups of men at the same time, a form of mass hysteria. It is often associated with a belief that an outside force, such as witchcraft or a chemical secretly dispersed by an enemy, is behind it. Many psychologists posit that it may be related to instances in which a man (or group of men) are feeling disempowered by society or circumstance. There may also be an element of guilt involved, such as shame about self-gratifying.

Serious

While it may seem koro is nothing but an unfortunate delusion, it can have some drastic real world consequences. In one area in which a man claimed witches had made his manhood disappear, a group of missionaries were blamed and burned to death.

The hysterical nature of koro makes it seem all too real to those who suffer from it and makes them feel genuinely panicked and in fear for their lives.

Shrinkage

There is absolutely no reason to believe that actual incidences of koro that is, real manhood shrinkage leading to death have ever occurred. But can real member shrinkage of a more modest kind occur?

Yes, in fact, although the frequency and severity of the shrinkage is generally not so severe. For example, if a man has Peyronie’s disease, which causes unnatural bending of the member, there may be a loss of some length. This is because the bending may restrict tissue stretching, making the organ a little shorter than it would otherwise be.

Similarly, when men have tumescence issues, it may be that their firm male organs are somewhat shorter. This can happen when the dysfunction does not prevent tumescence from happening but does impact how full the firmness is.

Selecting Furniture For A Hospital

Below-mentioned are the 5 things that you should consider-

1. Hygiene of the Furniture

The surfaces of the furniture like desks, chairs, and tables can turn into a breeding ground for numerous bacteria, viruses, and mold. Therefore, to maintain the hygiene of the furniture, ensure that you buy furniture, which has a non-porous surface and are free from creases and seams wherein the germs can lurk.

2. Safety & Comfort of the Patients

The second factor which needs attention is the safety and comfort of the patients and their relatives whenever they visit the hospital. It should be highly comfortable, as the patients and their relatives spend long hours in the hospital. Instead of the hard-surfaced hospital bed step stool, you can provide a cushioned stool.Furniture having soft edges and corners will prove to be helpful in the event of a fall.If you are buying furniture for a specific hospital, for instance, a behavioral health facility, ensure that the furniture is not flammable and does not have removable components.

3. Accommodation of the Patient’s Family

When a person is admitted to a hospital, he/she is always accompanied by a friend or a family member. Therefore, in order to make their stay in the hospital both comfortable, buy furniture that can be configured for the patients and their family members. Moreover, make sure to make the waiting areas less acoustic so as to minimize the loud noise of the outside.

4. Safe for the Environment

Not just the patients, the furniture that you select should be safe for the environment as well. Do not invest in furniture that is made of elements which are harmful to the environment. Compounds such as Formaldehyde and Benzene not only hurt the environment but the people as well.

5. Warm & Neutral Colors

While it’s important for a hospital to be sterile, it definitely does not mean that it should look sterile. The hospital should have furniture, which is colored in warm and neutral colors and not just blue and white. You can use colors that resemble your brand logo as long as they are pleasant and calm.
